I have never had authentic Mexican version so I don't know if I would like that better than the Spanish version. I only have had/seen concentrated version of Mexican horchata and packaged version of Mexican polvorones.

You know, I tried in vain to understand the Rosas thing and never got a clear answer. Leo's mom didn't like me, every time I asked for verification on something she would huff and puff and tell the Leo "Mexican boys don't need to ask, they just know!", this was right in front of me of course. Her mom was a major bitch. Her dad was nice, but he obviously didn't wear the pants in the family cause every time his wife said something he just nodded. lmao.
I've attempted to make both from scratch but it never comes out quite like how her mom did it. Up until just maybe two or three years ago I would obtain my Conchas, Niños (Pan De Huevo), and Polvorones, from a local Bakery but they shut down and retired.The closest Horchata I have found quality wise is Kerns. But it's too sweet. It really sucks for me cause I been Jonesing for awhile!

I'm not sure how my wish list is panning out for me so far... All I seem to be doing is attracting Scorpio's who are either considerably older or considerably younger.

I get a voice mail 20 mins later (it's 01:30 and I'm still at work while they continue drinking elsewhere) asking if I want to join them despite the fact I've already told them I'm working late and have an early start (it's a three day event we are managing and securing) but it's not even his voice, he text me to say it was his mate leaving the voice mail but he did ask if he could take me to dinner...
It turns out this dude is 51. He guessed I was about 31. That means he's essentially hitting on someone 20 years younger... I'm 35. Still, I'd expect more gentlemanly behaviour from a 51 year old!
So he wants to take me to dinner and will come to my town... Well I'm not going to his... And he says I can book the table at a restaurant... Can I now? That's most kind of you for letting me do the leg work, should I eat the dinner for you too?

I didn't know he was 51 until afterwards. That's far too old for me. The other one was 47 and so 12 years was pushing that but again, it wasn't discussed until afterwards. Well technically I researched it and knew his age whereas he said 'mid 40's'.
I think realistically someone between 32 and 42 is ok. Outside that bracket would need to be assessed on a case by case basis!

I'm kidding with the Virgo moon. The chef, Gordon Ramsay has Scorp Sun with Virgo Moon, total perfectionist and detailed with drive. That is a lot of Scorp though. I'm beginning to think with all these Sun Scorps or Venus/Pluto in Scorp taking a fancy to me that maybe another Scorp is a good idea. My mate at work is 52 and he and his wife are both Scorps. I can deal with and do need that intensity.

Really? That's probably true I would think. The Virgo sun and Venus left me pretty emotionally empty a bit too often. I felt like he had his mental check list out... Had dinner with her... Check... Had an hour of conversation with her... Check... Why isn't she happy? I'm not happy because I feel like I'm on your bloody check list with no real feeling being engaged!
Well I sent him the two pics and he was in heaven so I left it at that for now so he can have a think about me. I don't know if he's genuinely interested so we will just see how it goes. I'm fighting the urge to lead, initiate, dominate, be impatient, and not ask if he's interested in potentially getting to know me and/meet up.
