Are any of you picky about dating in general?

I would like to think in order.
I think everyone has an idea of their ideal type of person, personality traits..
1. Communication
2. Honesty
3. Trust
4. Physical chemistry
5. Sexual chemistry
6. Background or life style
7. Do you think having a job, place, and car is important

Is that correct, if not what is? When searching for the one?

Yeah. I crush and romance often but I'm very picky when it comes to actually falling for someone and making them my partner. While I do have a physical type that I find myself attracted to over and over again, I don't walk around with a list of qualities in mind he has to live up to. I need crazy attraction and genuine care from both sides. It's hard for me to find someone I'll be that attracted to and even when I do I don't like to jump right in, or skip "the chase". I need the relation to flow nice and easy, naturally. From friendship to something platonic and beyond. Running into that is rare, but when I do, it's quality stuff.

Picky....

But not in a superficial or unrealistic sort of way.

Not rigid standards.

Just unique qualities.

The connection has to also flow organically.

It is hard to find someone to connect to. And I am a drill sergeant when it comes to looking or dating in , general. I ask alot if questions about their background. Their height is a plus, their age, and how many kids you have. I am picky with. Hygiene, if you ever hit a women, their longest relationship, and if they do any drugs.
