are some taurus women spineless?

A few that I know of I'm starting to see a pattern, they tend to befriend shitty people that sabotage their skills, hurt them emotionally and they do bitch about it to me but.. cant seem to stand up for themselves and continue to follow this horrible 'friend' of theres.

ill give an example.

A coworker of mine is friends with a virgo that is under the disillusion that she is higher in position then we are. I don't put up with her shit, I dismiss her attitude and go about my day. This Taurus on the otherhand.. has been friends with this virgo for a few years, the virgo will talk shit about this Taurus, if the virgo does something wrong she'll blame the Taurus and she doesn't do anything about it, I'm the one constantly sticking up for her, as are other staff members. The Taurus will talk to me about it, how much she hates her, how she regrets the things shes done for the virgo (feels bad when she gets home from work over it.) I'll give her my advice, she wont talk to this virgo for a week and then.. week later shes back to square 1. Shes in her early 20s aswell, perhaps its a young mindset that's causing this.

I just want to help her because the injustice I'm seeing is driving me mental, I cant just stand by and let it happen. My Taurus cousin has an issue with following toxic people too.

no shit, I think like 80% of my workplace is earth signs and it feels faar from stable. smh

i have always tried to give others the benefit of the doubt because nobody is perfect...and i forgive very easily, but never without speaking my mind and making it clear that the person messed up it’s me. with that being said maybe this taurus is nervous about it being a work situation and wants to play it cool as to not make things worse than they are, i know how it is to be in an uncomfortable work environment and it is NOT something i like dealing with. just my guess

I have yet to see that unfortunately.. even from my cousin whom was picked on by a sag. She'd go quiet for a few weeks then follow again.

no outbursts, nothing.

I think it's because they put the friendship above conflict.

I saw it happened to the other tauruses I knew too.

The Taurus isn't spineless.

She's avoiding confrontation where she makes her bread and butter.

If anything, her greatest fear might stem from a loss of financial security.

If this Taurus DOES lose her cool at work,

Expect her to be escorted out by the police department.

A Bull has a rigid, dichotomous approach to confrontation.

The peaceful Earth Goddess who just wants a harmonious environment and no disharmony.

OR...

The raging Bull who wants to chop your head off with a machete.

The scariest thing?

There are are no gray areas with a Bull.

Just extremities.

VERY accurate!

Not this Taurus. Confrontation doesn't scare me. I'll put your ass in your place if you push me. I stand up for myself and my friends and I speak my mind. Probably the Aries Mercury

This girl recently tried to throw me under the bus for something I didn't do at work in front of one of the managers. I put her in her place and shut her ass up.

I’m a Taurus and I personally don’t have a problem with confrontation if I know someone is wronging me, whether it be friend, coworker or family member. I will call them out on it. I don’t put up with other people’s crap.
