Are we fickle?
Are Humans Naturally Fickle or Stubborn?
Fickleness often increases with age as individuals become more adaptable and guided by feelings rather than rigid beliefs. It varies based on relationships and personal growth. Recognizing this shift can help understand behavior changes over time and improve emotional resilience.
Oh and I have Sun in Taurus and Leo Rising, two fixed signs, but my dominant sign is Gemini and ruling Planet is Mercury which is in Gemini. Is it overpowering my fixed Taurus and Leo?

Depends on what you meant by feckle. Is it loyalty, or attention? Or both?
Fickle with decisions actually. Like there are times when I would convince myself that I won't talk to somebody but later I'll be talking to them because at that moment it felt right. I would overrule my decision of not talking.

I see, you are heading towards the working conditions.As a Taurus, doesn't stability and security matters more than profit? Or does your air placement convince you in risk taking?
Mortgage or no?
For things that can impact me majorly(not related to people) , I always prefer stability. In all other things, I'm more of a risk taker.
Unless laced with some mutable energy, Taureans have been the least fickle people I have ever met. Dead set in their ways, and the choices they make are the bulls.
It doesn't mean they can't be flexible, so long as the right kind of distraction is provided.

What is it with growing older and being more flexible. That's how I have become too. Given our placements, aren't we supposed to be really rigid? Why does age make a difference? And if growing up makes us see things more clearly and we realise being rigid isn't always right, why then is there the concept of fixed and mutable according to placements?

As much as we are known to be stubborn, I've started getting fickle as I grow older. I was very stubborn as a child but now I act according to what feels right at that moment, disregarding what I had thought of earlier. Is it the same with you guys too? I am stubborn only in cases which involve people whom I'm not close to. But with people I love? I'm oh so fickle.
