Do You Want Virgo To Lose Control Of Himself?

So current Taurus gf and I, are trying to build a solid foundation in our relationship. I've been telling her some of my fears and how I want to be disciplined in myself with her. It's off to a great start.
However, I notice when we're intimate (we're not yet having sex) that she will push the limit, and do things to try to make me lose composure or control of myself. I read this in an article about Virgo-Taurus before, but never really experience it so vividly.
Especially, lately, we'll be making out, and I'll start slowing down, and tell her I have to stop or I might not be able to restrain myself, she'll disregard this and keep going. Then I'll start losing my demeanor, and lash out such as holding her wrist first onto the floor, either barely stopping myself from taking her, or trying to. At which point, then she'll want to stop...but then do it again, and again.
I'm starting to think the Taurus girl gets a real amusement at seeing on popping the cork on the Virgo and seeing how far his passion will overtake him. I'm also wondering if she wants our first time to be me, 'not stopping', I don't want to hurt her, but this seems to be the gist I'm getting from her pushing me further and further to this place.
