how to know that taurus man love me—- confusing

i as aries girl... know a taurus guy since my 16yrs old... now am 20yrs old..and he is 23yrs old.. i try my best to make him notice me..sometimes i found that everything is fading away...but i still keeping trying my best. 4 month ago.. there had some misunderstanding between us and we had not talked to each other for months... after 5month.. i got the courage to tell him that am sorry for what had happened and it was not my mistake.. and then he said" its okay"..more over.. before there had been these misunderstanding between us. when was at home, i used to shout for him during weekend because i liked to see him but when i did not do it even if am at home.. he used to ask me: hey i don't see you frequently.. why?? and now when he passing near my house.. he keeps to look quickly if ever am looking for him and shout for him... when am not a home, its my servant who told me that he used to do it also in my absence.. we don't text, we don't call not even chatting.. but when i shout for him.. he don't hesitate to come back to me and gave me a broad smile and start talking as if nothing has happened. i start getting feeling for him but i don't get the courage to ask him if ever he loves me or not.. i have patience for him..i like him, i respect him and i use to get the same respect in return.
