Ha, I've just read that Ireland's star sign is Taurus, even better my own home town Dublin itself as a city is a Taurus 🙂 Makes complete sense to me and I'm not one bit surprised, we have a very possessive nature needing to "own" land, property, people, friends, even ones we just met 5 seconds ago. We love our food and drink and love to make our visitors feel at home, bedding down and feeding up, loving and laughing with them, showing them the best that can be shown and showering with attention and affection, we have a very slow and steady pace, appearing very laid back and placid to the un-initiated but when pushed we can explode in a fierce roar of indignation. Very very hard to change our minds and loyally stick to our principals. We love song and storytelling and the written word is beautiful, very hardworking though you wouldn't always recognise that at first as the pace of it can be slow but unrelenting. And of course, we are always right 🙂 We are trundling and plodding along through hard times, but trying to make the best of it as there have been harder. How more Taurus can a country get!
