What’s a special friend?

I’m not sure haha! Last month this taurus woman that i like rejected me like we stay friends blabla, then we became cold then suddenly good terms like we are like flirting with each other we went out few times already just dinner though, holding hands, intense eye contact in the office. Things like that

Doesn't make sense.

It’s confusing for me because she wants me to stop doing efforts for her then she told me that she’s just going with the flow because she cant balance being a friend and being a special friend.

Taurus woman are very flirtatious, both conscious and unconscious. Had she really been interested, she would not have behaved like this. She probably does not know what she really wants but at the same time wants you available for playtimes. My recommendation is to back off a little and let her lead without seeming too easy. But this is only if you want to only stay as a special friend, if not move on because she is no serious.

Personally, as a taurus, I dont like blurry lines and uncertain situations. That's why taurus usually do commitments cause they need to know where they stand. Friends with benefits relationships can get messy and confusing and taurus dont like that. We need to have a clear structure and know where we stand,maybe thats why she cant balance it, cause it gets unclear and messy.
