I work with a Taurus that I have grown to not care about - at all. She started out friendly and helpful and quickly turned bi-polar. I was warned about her but as a Pisces I like to see things for myself. Now you never know what mood you will get. She overcompensates for whatever misery she has going on outside of the office. She has medical conditions she constantly complains about, which I once cared about but no longer do. I can tolerate alot but once I feel disrespected, I quickly shut-down. I work in a demanding field and we are all overwhelmed...but her constant need to complain, snap and then act like your best friend the next day is beyond draining. I usually "ok" her to death...and try my best not to take her snappiness personally...but it's beyond that...we are adults and should be able to work professionally...so how do I deal with someone who constantly apologizes for the same behavior every time you call her out on it? Her apologies expired past the same 3rd offense...how do you remain professional but put someone in their place—
