How do you judge a person on their quality of character?
How do their values play into their worth in your eyes?
Do you care solely about the "big and major" stuff or does "superficial stuff" hold worth as well?
[Example: The person views on the death penalty and their stamp collecting hobby.]

Can any offset their worth? (Looks, humor, Cooking ability, etc)

How do you expect others to judge your worth?

It's relatively simple, just compile the attributes that will be the most favorable during the time of extreme hardship.

It shows they're a representation for strength, longevity and survival. Very rare and undervalued qualities (integrity, dignity, perseverance).

I wouldn't consider a stamp collecting hobby as 'superficial.' Discussing mundane subjects and finding shallow ways to occupy your time would be 'superficial' for me.

It depends on the package....
I prefer 'beauty' in its rawest, natural form. More authentic. I'm more intrigued because it's unfamiliar. It's usually highlighted with great idiosyncrasies. Intelligence, marked by a strong unapologetic presence. Humor supported by satire. This is the only thing that can offset their worth.

...Through observation and active listening. Bulls simply walk the walk. Talk is cheap 😉
