April 23rd is still on the cusp. And the first day of a zodiac sign is different depending on the year. I read in a book it fell in Aries that year. There was..ephemeris I think it's called..a huge table chart with starting dates for the signs (without cusps) because they change.
And yeah, his personality is typical Aries. I can take Taurus also but I still think everything about him was Aries.
But really, Taurus needs all the nice people they can get..they rule posession over all 😉
