@OP. Just be a friend!!! But I suggest you find a person more or less your age group... Taurus are friendly, sociable people!! I certainly dont agree with a man of his age group hanging out with you in a car smoking weed! As a taurus I would never have an affair or relationship with a work colleague!! Just be friends and keep it platonic. Meet other young people outside of work is my advice!!
I have tried that approach and it did not work there is no ignoring him he does whatever it takes to get me to speak or acknowledge him, and then I realized well why shouldn't ignore my feelings, I don't have a problem with his age, it's other people who would My parents have a huge age gap and so do my grandparents and I'm not trying to "find" anyone, I've been minding my business and going on dates here and there with yes people who are my age and i didn't like them. As I stated I didn't intend on liking this men like I do now I didn't even intend on ever needed to speak to him as far as I'm concerned, because we work different departments.
I appreciate your opinion though and I can see why you'd advice that.

Lostrivers,
Pull back. you are still young - your emotions aren't that true.
If you let it flow - it takes for you to survive the pain - a young scorpia doesn't have a proper discipline
with herself is like a bird doesn't have a wings. look at yourself in the mirror - there's a bunch of taurus
men like your age... enjoy the dating game. Don't take it too personal. It's business Darling.
Regards,
M

I say go for it. Then again, I like to rebel against conformity lol but on a serious note, my grandparents had a 20 year age gap so I wouldn't be here if they had rejected each other over their age difference. The only thing I would be concerned about is that you're coworkers so if it doesn't work out be prepared to look at him every day or leave your job.

He sounds like a loser.
