What Makes a Good Girlfriend Taurus?

Hey there!

I have only been in two relationships in my life both 8 months, so sometimes I feel like I don't know how to be a "girlfriend". (IN YOUR PERSONAL OPINION) What characteritics make up a good girlfriend?

I'm a taurus girl (as you prob already know... thanks for the reply to my post, Cancer Lady!) and what I look for in a partner, which may also be true for what a Taurean male wants in a girl, is someone who is really sure of himself. I don't mean cocky, I mean he has to know where he's going in life, a path. He has also has to be supportive of me. In order for me to trust his support and advice I need to be able to look up to him a little bit, hence the reason of him having to be relatively stable. He has to be indepedent as well, meaning he has to have a life (friends, things to do) of his own besides me. This shows me he is social, but he cannot be so social as to flirt with other girls. That I will not tolerate. He has to be respectful, cultured, and tolerant. He has to have a great sense of humor, be able to laugh at himself and also laugh at things that aren't politically correct (though that could be more of my personal thing). Also, he cannot be emotionally void and unaffectionate (is that a word? you know what I mean...), which is why I am great friends with Virgos but we never work out romantically. Cuddling and affirmations of our feelings toward each other is very important me! Jealousy doesn't bother me. If he's jealous, it shows that he wants me and that gives me reassurance. But this is true only if I'm totally into him. If I'm not, then I just feel like I'm being stalked. Mmmm... also he needs to be well-groomed. This may be due to my Virgo moon, but I feel it is very important for a guy to dress nicely and take care of himself.

ANYWAYS, all my rambling aside, Cancer Lady, I think if you're just your lovely Cancer self you have nothing to worry about. Personally I have been attracted to and remained wonderful friends with Cancereans. I heart them very much!

Thanks for saying I am lovely!!! I am sweet until the crabbiness comes out, usually about 4 times a day lasting an average of 2 minutes...I never stay mad!
