Anybody watch Mad Men? Is it good?

I hear it's popular, but the shorts I've seen have been insanely...underwhelming...
I like Walking dead...Breaking Bad...Grimm...
hate GOT, the following...SOA, Under the dome, homeland...

Not a tv person, but I watched the 1st season on Netflix and it was sooo awesome. It lost my interest after that though, unfortunately. The 1st episode 1st season-- so good.

i've actually started watching it, only the first couple seasons.

jeez. That Don Draper is terrible. And the Betty Drapers is like, "stepford wives" but she is so lackluster and is afraid. there's alot of fear in her, where she instinctively knows her husband is cheating but she won't admit it, so therefore, she is passive. She comes from a good family but she is still SO SCARED. maybe because she respects her husband and is afraid of his dark side or something? I have no idea.

and Peggy in Mad Men is hilarious. 😆

i dont know if you all are finished or far ahead of the Mad men series though.

i've kind of now seen how loyal and such a good businesman/good creative skills Don Draper has.

He was incredibly UNHAPPY with cold hearted Betty. I would be too! but hey, he wanted the superificial image of beautiful wife, no warmth, and happiness, with beautiful children and the look of a happy house.

that's what he gets!! lol j/k its actually quite genius, between relationships of people.

it's subtle, but there is genius.
