How common is it for women to want oral, but refuse to give it

Pretty much all women want good oral, especially if the man or woman is good at it. I feel it's unfair though. Working around a woman is easy, and the same exact experience no matter the woman. Men however, vary in size. Women always want a man with a huge D, but every single one gets more and more lazy over time, especially if the man happens to be well above average. I get it though. She has to work around something longer or shorter in size, with different circumferences. All the man has to do is lick the right spot for a bit. Women have it made when it comes to oral imo. Though me personally, I'm not going to give good consistent oral with nothing in return, no matter how badly she wants it.
I'm not suffering, because I don't care for it.

I have never seen a woman ask for it. I didn't even think that is possible. They loved it, but never ask for it. They just want it in right away.
