How do you go about this?

been dating this 20 yr old Aqua sun/Gem moon ('m 25 turning 26) and no hanky panky's happening. srsly suspecting that he might be gay but tbh a common friend implied that he might be a virgin. it's been a little more than a month and i'm getting really frustrated. he'd be starting his internship in a hotel near my workplace and told me that maybe a year into my new job and we might celebrate there (implying staying there) coz he might end up working there anyway. he's planning to stay at my place for around 2 months for his internship stay (he lives in a different city). this is the least physical of all my relationships, youngest i've ever dated and yet it feels like the most intimate one (mentally). we get along so well and we have the same goals. and he spoils me with 300% attention hahah. like do i start a convo about it? or do i just wait when he's ready?

he talks long term plans with me but never even kissed me once. i don't even initiate these plans, he does. all of them. i just go along with these things. he's pushy with plans but again, never even kissed me once. contacts me every day, videochats etc. but again, nothing physically.

i'm 95% sure he's a virgin right now srsly. we talk about each other's day, our families, work, the future but not sex.
