Morning After Pill

For those of you who have taken the morning after pill, did you get side effects? If so, how long did it take for the side effects to go away?

One time I took it and almost died.

Yes, it was a fuckin nightmare. Painful cramps, nausea, fatigue and painful cycle when it occurred. The instant side effects were 2 days, sometimes 3 so I decided to just get the IUD instead of dealing with that BS

Man, I’ve been having all those side effects, but it’s been over a month since I’ve taken it! Idk wtf is going on.

The side effects didn't outweigh the risk of having a child with a short term ship with a trainwreck of a person.

I know 😭 I’m gonna get checked as soon as I pay my stupid insurance. Ugh. Hopefully by next week.

Have you made sure you’re not pregnant?

The last time I took the morning after pill, I still got pregnant... and now I’m a mama. Lol.

I took a couple pregnancy tests and majority were negative. I got one false positive, and went to the Dr. to confirm, and they said I was negative. I’ve also had my periods, but I’m paranoid because I know it’s super rare (but possible) to have bleeding, and negative tests while pregnant.

Omg That’s crazy!!! I’m assuming you missed your period and that’s how you found out? I was so paranoid because I realized that I was already ovulating when I took the plan b 🤦🏻‍♀️
