Traveling buddies?

So I'm trying to go on a trip to Southeast Asia. I want to visit the Philippines and Thailand. But, I don't have anyone to travel with. My bf can't go because of his work and I don't want to push back my traveling. Plus if I did push back the traveling to wait for my bf, his job wouldn't give him more than 4 vacation days... —?

Most of my friends are scared of the places I want to visit (I have no idea why), but do anyone have any suggestions on where I could find traveling buddies or something along those lines?

In Thailand I want to visit various temples, especially the tiger temple. Also, I would like to see elephants. The Markets, I loveeee food (one of the main reasons I'm traveling).. Beaches, etc..

Fair enough. But it can be refreshing to absorb everything just on your own. Not every experience needs to be shared. You might actually take the opportunity to look at everything around you and just take it all in on your own terms and with your own unique interpretation. If you've ever felt the joy, peace and silent satisfaction of just going out and exploring as a kid, then here's your opportunity to do it with more mature, better-honed senses.

Yes, I need to read that... @MrEmptyBackPack is really inspiring me right now. He just came back from a solo trip. I think It'll be more pleasurable to go by myself.

I prefer on my own n traveled on my own to some cities
