can you please help me interpret this chart for me—?Born jan. 22nd, 1983.....

Funny, witty, awkward, great in groups, not so good personally.
Aloof and able to deflect aggressive remarks/jokes made by Sagi and Aries.
Best match, Saggitarius.
Attracts many, Aries.
Moon- Taurus
Not so familiar with this.
But I would imagine very romantic, loves strongly and consistently. Prone to a little jealousy.
