Cancerian tryin to figure out a Virgo

I've known this girl In my college for about 2 years n I really like her. She has known this for about 7 months now. We used to hang around together In a group quIte a bIt but she never opened up. Though she used to text me, tellin me about her little problems n I'd calm her down. But about a month n a half ago, she stopped hangIng out wIth us. A couple of weeks later, I somehow panicked n told her that I liked her (by textIng her :-\ ). I knew that she didn't feel that way about me but still I did. N all she said was that she doesnt want to date anyone coz she's extremely old fashioned when it comes to the physical stuff n no 21st cent guy would understand that. I tried to explain it to her that I don't care about all that. I just want to get to know her.. but she was like.. "this is what everyone says in the beginning. But all that eventually does matter to a guy."
I didn't push it. Just cracked a joke or 2 to make it comfortable. I met her later that day.. we didn't talk about it but she was all blushing n smiling n avoiding eye contact. (I think I was, too :-P )
Haven't met her since. Both of us are extremely shy n run in the opposite direction when we each other. But I do text her once in a few days. She's not at all regular with her replies. Sometimes she replies promptly n sometimes, I have to wait for days. My friends are asking me to move on, but I feel it's not over yet. How can I gain her trust?

Welcome to the club 🙂. The only thing I can share from my current experience with a Virgo female is be slow and gentle and don't get moody. She will have her ups and downs but she will expect consistency from you. Affection and respect is big for Virgo women, make sure that you don't screw up on that front. Be her friend first and be there for her when she needs you the most. Lastly be patient even if she acts weirdly or inconsistently occasionally.

You cancers are awesome.. just don't b wishy washy w/ your contacting her.. also, save the melodramatics for a time when you know one another better. For some reason I've found Cancer guys always crack in the beginning n that upsets me because it's just too much of a swing from positive to negative and then back. Especially if you two aren't that close, yaknow?
