What exercise do you enjoy the most? What do you currently do now to quiet our busy thoughts? I find myself constantly thinking.
I enjoy walking, hiking, running, P90X3 and bootcamp. Those are what I currently doing. I'd love to do more swimming and will like to learn tennis and/or golf. I just now exploring yoga and pilates.
Core workouts is what I enjoy most. They are hard and require me to concentrate. For example planks. I also enjoy yoga and totally love aerial yoga (kind of like what Pink the singer does except not 50 feet in the air lol). I do other stuff too like cardio and strength training.
To quiet my mind takes a lot. The best thing I've found for that is journaling. To put my thoughts on paper releases my mind from dwelling too much and over analyzing. It's also neat to look back from time to time and see how life worked out whatever was troubling me at the time.
