Good movies gone bad....

You ever think about when you're younger or little and you watched a movie and thought it was the best thing you'd ever seen but then you get older, watch it and realize its utter garbage?

Ill go first - The Big Hit with Mark Wahlberg was one of mine. I thought it was so good. I thought the plot was well written and then I saw it a few months ago and I was like, WHAT.

WIllOW- i loved that movie when i was younger, absolutely related to the village of small people saving a baby's life. haha rewatched it...and i couldn't watch more than 20 minutes of it.

LOL LOL Why did I instantly think of Legend (with a fresh faced Tom Cruise) when I thought of this— Do you know the movie Dark Crystal at all??

LMFAO, come on now Willow and Legend are fucking

classics in my eyes. And have stood the test of

time. I LOVED The Dark Crystal as a kid but the

effects looking at it now is a bit corny. I'll

still watch it though do to one of the main characters

having my name 🙂

The movie The Gate is the only thing that comes to mind

right now that would fit your "good movie gone bad.

Lol!!! The girl is the one that creeped me out in Dark Crystal lol and her guardian gypsy. And when the bad creatures fought lol. What's the Gate??

LOL OH yes because Hell would be behind the backyard of some kids suburban house LOL I remember watching this though...and his sister kept asking to go to the mall or something lol. I remember!

zomg DARK CRYSTAL IS BRILLIANT..from its time the way the art department had to make that..its amazing how talented the team was to create the whole movie. I can watch that over and over. but then again, i can see how some can't. Its really just comical for me! for what they intended to do it was completed 100%

Willow, i loved it when i was a small person. i just didn't click with it now. Neverending story is still my favorite haha

Tremors 2. Thought it was such a bad azz movie. 10 yrs later i see it on netflix under "goofy comedy". *facepalm*...its still a good movie tho

I am going to age myself here, but when I was a kid The Bad News Bears was the A-1 movie (yes, in the 70's).

I watched this a while back and OMG! It is soooo politically INCORRECT! (had to admit it, though, it actually funnier to watch now because we kept pointing this fact out) but I was shocked that this was considered an average, mainstream kids movie back then - oh the lessons my generation learned! OR maybe the 70's were just a more laid back time! lol!!!

I went to cinema with my friends to watch Titanic when I was in the 5th grade...I remember I cried at the end.

Now I find it way too corny.
