He told my friend he is interested, but he doesn't seem he is ?!

Ao there is this virgo guy, that i thought we’ve talker randomly, but turned out that he is my friend’s ( a guy) friend.. and he already asked him about me and that he is really interested but never told me anythjng lol ... . but the thing is this virgo man isn’t doing anything about it !
Even my friend talked to me (without the guy knowing) and he told me everything saying keep it a secret .. but dont ruin it he is a really good guy.. and u deserve someone like this.. i was like OKAY !! But for real !.. he never does any effort to talk to me or show anything lol .... so what is this exactly? Does vireos take time ? Or he isnt sure? Or what exactly?
do you talk to him? maybe ask your mutual friend to arrange some going-out together in a group so you two can get to know each other in a socially safe environment?
I am a bit dubious as to your mutual friend´s intentions.... if he knows this, why he wouldnt try to help to get you two together? how good friends are you? maybe he is making fun of you? he is obviously good friends with the virgo, if he confessed to him (or is it her?) about liking you..... I am not sure what he/she ment about you dont ruin it...
if she is a female I would be very wary about her motivations in this....

The mutual friend is a guy ... and he is my best friend ... he is a good friend to him also but not as best friends ... he was just telling me this because he think that he is a really good guy ... but I was surprised because that guy isn’t doing anything about it other than confessing his interest to my friend 😂😂 thats why i was wondering is it a virgo thingy or its weird haha!
