I have been dating this lady. Wonderful in everyway! She is very shy and does not talk much. Me on the other hand (Cancer guy) can talk and do open mic comedy shows. We have been dating very seriously and like each others company. Since she does not talk much, I don't know how she would like to be proposed. Proposal is so different for everyone. What kind of proposal would a Virgo lady be comfortable with?

Thank you for any help and advice.

The Murry Mints is nice idea. But, this Virgo lady is very picky with her food. Are Virgo's like this (picky)? If I buy something equivalent of Murry Mints, I would not know if she would like it. She talks very little. We like each other; so I should really not need any Chocolate/Murry mints type of approach to propose to her. Where are Virgoans comfortable? Now, she also knows that I will propose to her soon. She does not know what time or place. I am still trying to pick a place.

Roxijam, She knows I am going to propose to her soon. I think she is also guessing the day now. Why do Virgoans guess so much and take the fun out of proposal? :-) (I am saying that in a good way). I guess I will go ahead and ask the question I guess.

And, jackdoniel, no cell phone bills please. 😉 She is a modest user of her cell phone anyway.

Thanks for all the input folks.

If I were you, since you said that she is expecting it . . I would build it up, take her to someplace really special and give hints that you've got something really important to ask her . . then . . . DON'T ASK . . have a nice evening . .

Next night, or two, when she's NOT expecting it . . give her a dozen red roses, and have the ring hidden in one of the fragrant pedals . . lay a big wet one on her and vow to always take care of her and keep her safe in your heart.

Good Luck

StringsAttached and P-Angel, Thank you for the suggestions. :-) The day is coming up fast! She did mention (a while ago) that she does not prefer public place proposal. Virgoans are shy, which is really nice.

When I ask her a question I expect an answer like 'Yes' or 'No' (a typical guy answer). She, however, answers with a long answer (which eventually means 'Yes'). I plan to ask her to give an 'Yes' or 'No' answer. She already knows (the proposal day) that I am going to ask her. The surprise element is sort of gone. (Why do women have to be so inquisitive? Love them though!)

I may buy some forgotten Xmas presents and put the ring in that package. I will tell her the forgotten Xmas presents were on sale. Hopefully, that will surprise her.
