I've been reading the posts on this board for a couple of weeks now, and I just had to register to say...

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I am a Pisces woman falling for a Virgo man and until I read the posts (especially from branh and dyrstr8yz - you guys ROCK) I thought I was going to lose my mind. But the descriptions on here nail my guy to a perfect T. You have saved my sanity...and helped a Pisces stay grounded - which says a whole helluva lot!

Now, I know what I'm getting myself into, so I'm sure I'll be back on the boards looking for advice and reassurance. But so far all is going well. As well as it can go with a Virgo, I guess.

We've been "dating" for about 5 months now. A very messy 5 months. We met at work and barely spoke to each other for almost 9 months. He was shy, I was in a relationship. When my relationship came to an end my Virgo started to speak up a little more. I didn't take it seriously because I thought he was totally out of my league (still do actually) and just had a great time getting to know him. He FINALLY asked me out. Things went GREAT, I mean FANTASTIC, for a couple of weeks until we both got really uncomfortable with the work situation. He was very concerned about other people finding out about us, which of course they did (the perma-smile on my face probably gave us away). So we decided to be "just friends" which hurt because I wanted to be with him so badly. Plus, it just made the work situation that much harder.

Eventually, I found a better job. All clear right? NNNNNOOOOOOO. Workaholic! Loner! Needs space. Bachelor. Only calls once a week. Grouchy. Testing me, challenging me, pushing all of my buttons.

Why do I keep coming back for more? The way he stares into my eyes, the way he holds me (once he's relaxed a bit), the way we verbally spar back and forth. And Lord can he kiss!!!!

So I keep reassuring myself by reading the posts that suggest that the best match for a Virgo is a Pisces. I go about my life and give him the space he needs. It's hard being this patient but totally worth it so far.

Thanks again you guys..until the next time my emotional Pisces nature gets the best of me and I come to the boards begging for reassurance and advice. (Which could be tomorrow). You're the best.

Welcome abroad. I fully agree. Branh and Dy have been extremely helpful in giving us gals insight into understanding Virgos. Lord knows Virgos are complicated to understand. It's just like when you think everything is fine it isn't and you wonder what's gone wrong. I came to DXP for the very reason of understanding Virgos. Thank God I did because it's been very valuable. The hot and cold games have really been a test.

Thank your lucky stars! I'm jealous. I don't know anything about moon signs, so you'll have to ask one of the other experts on the boards.

May I ask though, if it's not too personal, have you slept together? It seems to be a common experience (judging from other posts by Virgo admirers) that things change after becoming intimate. They begin the "hot and cold" dance because they are trying to figure out exactly where you fit in their lives.

I have found that if I start the conversation topic about our relationship my Virgo is very open and caring, but he would never initiate it himself.

I hope you continue to have such a wonderful experience with your Virgo. Congrats!
