Newbie Virgo

I'm new to this and astrology has never been this close to my heart until I met a man who believe that he is a Capricorn man in spirit and in persona, that's when pay attention to astrology. I'm a Virgo with sag moon and Scorpio rising which I do not fully understand, can somebody help me find myself in astrology? Who am I in astrology words?

Rising sign is-our personality and how we appear to the rest of the world.
