Are Virgos Obsessed or Just Detail-Oriented

Judging by the responses by Virgos in this thread, it seems that they obsess (and suffer) in silence first (i.e. living & loving in their heads). But once the needle point of reality pops the fantasy bubble, it triggers a specific fear - the fear of losing somebody close or the fear of not being appealing, perhaps? - resulting in phones blowing up and it's a mad, mad, mad, mad chase. Once that's obsessive genie is out, there's no putting it back in the bottle.

Depends on the man, some make you feel more secure than others. I've had friends prowl around my man and I went off on them. F that noise, smack that bitch up!! Like you said, we deliberate a LOT before even getting attached to someone, gotta protect that investment...
I kinda view the obsessive trait as a means to say at least they care or cared about you. I mean would they really obsess over someone if they never loved them?
I'm around so many Virgos, and their obsessive nature is not fresh news nor a revelation to me.
For example, I had this Virgo ex-friend, she opened up to me about his high school crush several times. Until now, after everything, she's still obsessing over him. She's had this undying love for him for about 9yrs in a row now. Hitting the tenth mark soon! LMAO props to that, honestly. That's loyalty to a fault and I respect such unshaken love! But then, she tried to get on with my ex while I was in a relationship with him. That didn't last for too long though, she got over it and went back obsessing with her high school crush.
Another one. My former dorm mate, dated this Aries guy for almost 2yrs. They're done for about 2-3yrs now... yet whenever we go out drinking, he's still the same topic she'd nonstop gush about. Somehow, even when she's sober, she doesn't fail to mention him at least once.
I got no qualms about that; such is a natural phase that we all go through (it can be harmful though). Rather, it's their obsession to details and perfection that puts me off sometimes. Useful as it is, but too much obsession on details and perfection is pretty disturbing. Anything 'too much' is unhealthy anyway.

It can depend really. Like if I was in a particular loving mood and my partner is like...get the fuck away from me, I need some time alone (not word for word of course)...I may feel a little rejected but I'd understand because when I want my alone time....I want it now lol.

Yes. As long as my man tells me why he needs some space so I don’t automatically become insecure and think it’s because of me. But I believe in space, just not too much of it or else I’ll get used to you not being around. Besides I need space as well, everyone does.
