Typcial stares during A YEAR! And still no move

At first, I'm sorry for my poor english, it's not my native. Well, story of a virgo man. He's my boss. He recruited me and I am one of dozen workers. At the first moment we saw each other at the job interview, it was we liked both each other. And then started Virgo's stares... Staring with an eyes wide open, tryin' to catch my eye. This last for many month and still lasts. Then someday's - totally ignoring. Totally not watching at all, except if I take a look on him.

Now he is dating with a woman from the job, he's not chief on her straigtly like he is on me, it started some months ago and was a big schock to me. Forget about him. Ignore him and find someone else. He is no good.
He is good enough and I am not a jerk 🙂 He was jumping all around me for half of a year, but because we are working together, I was smiling and flirtatious, but didn't even give a chance to know me better.
