How much do you dream? Do you always remember them? Are you participating in the dream or just watching things play out? Are they in color?
I've asked people throughout life and find some say they don't dream, others don't remember them. I'm wondering if our signs have anything to do with the way we dream.

I have always had very vivid dreams and some are pretty intense. One thing I keep freaking out over is that in my dream I'll fall asleep and have a dream.. Double dreaming? Is there even a word for that?

Lucid dreams are awesome. Sometimes dreams can be disrupted by the sound of an alarm clock or waking up fast, anything that can mess up during sleeping time. Wake up naturally if not having to go to work early, letting sunlight peek through its window blinds. Pen and paper by side is useful, stay fixed in bed not getting up while eyes are slowly opening. Trouble remembering? Close eyes and fall back asleep in the same position from waking up. It's not going to happen on the first night, takes a lot of tries to remember a dream.

Do you still dream in colors? If so, look into which color represents. Colors are also a fantastic way of knowing how you feel on a daily basis and how they are incorporated in daily life.

Blueberries help with memorization.

How much do you dream?

Not much - heavy sleeper.

Do you always remember them?

Yes - I'm a VIRGO!

Are you participating in the dream or just watching things play out?

Well... In the dream I had SAT night, someone shot a man to death in my living room, and I had to figure out what to do with the corpse. Woke up before I had disposed of the body...

Are they in color?

Huh? You mean, you dream in shades of grey??

Thanks for your replies. Very interesting.

I did get a dream book so I hope to learn something.

I always dream in color but have had a couple of people tell me they dream in grey.

My one recurring dream is me either moving into a house or at a house and I go in a normal room. Then, it turns into bother bigger room, another door, another room... Idk, I've turned two bedroom apartments in to mega mansions lol

I usually dream a lot and I remember most of it - I have a pattern with conflicting scenarios and buildings I feel I've seen before or sceneries I somehow remember from another life.

One weird thing about my dreams..I can talk to someone who's in the same room with me in a natural tone of voice, as if I'm awake, yet I don't remember the conversation when I wake up, not even one word. It would have to be initiated by them though because I don't just start talking out of the blue. It also happens if I get a phonecall..I've been told I'll answer, have a perfectly fine conversation and then fall back to sleep.

I usually participate in the dream and witness it from the ceiling at the same time, if that makes sense. My dreams are in color.
