Virgo man- soooooo confusing!

I’m hoping to get some clarity on here being the truth seeking Sagittarius I am. I have been casually dating a Virgo man since beginning of Feb, so going on 5 months now. We immediately clicked, in fact our 2nd date he took me out for Valentines Day after only 3 days of knowing each other. He even playfully got on 1 knee and “proposed”, after I gave him a run down of my past 4 fiancés. It was all in fun. Our texts were daily and very lengthy, not your normal casual superficial texts. We would only see each other at first every other week and he was always so physically respectful and never tried to get physical with me until going on 2 months. I have always moved fast in past relationships so this slower pace was new to me. We finally were intimate about 2 and half months into dating and it was nice but not as earth shattering as I had imagined in my head from all the build up. Nonetheless I still liked him and we continued seeing each other. We had sex again the following week, again quick but still nice. However, after the 2nd time of intimacy we have been on 3 more dates but he hasn’t invited me over again, and I definitely don’t want to invite myself. I’ve hinted that I would like to be with him again but he only asks me out on dates and doesn’t ask to end the night with me coming over. We normally text daily and lengthy texts. The last text I got from him was a happy Mother’s Day text which was sweet. I responded but haven’t heard back from him and it has been 3 days now. He did do this few weeks back and said the delayed response was not intentional but I don’t see how it couldn’t be?

Anyways, I’m just trying to figure out if I should reach out to him on or leave him completely alone. I’ve never dealt with a Virgo man this is all new territory to me.

The problem with this is he could very well be testing you OR

He just needs his alone time.

I think it's too early to question stuff like this especially for you sag.

Maybe he picked up from you that you felt it was "meh" and not earth shattering so hes backed off.... Why dont you invite him to yours?
