(For real? Sun and moon in Virgo??)
Well, Shaks, just to clarify, sometimes it feels like an alter-ego taking over, lol. These contrasting/contradicting elements simply present within the person and, sure, we integrate as a single entity because we're walking around in a single body; but when certain buttons are pushed, this other side comes "flying out" quite automatically (and sometimes undesirably)--in such stark contrast to the primary element/birth sign as to force the question: "Why am I like this?" There's no comfort to be had in researching one's "birth" sign only to discover that there are facets to his identity that are nothing like what he's reading of "himself."
It was quite fascinating (even agitating) for me to learn that some of my core characteristics had absolutely nothing to do with the only sign I'd ever related to in my life . . . made me feel like there was some new entity inside me that I now had to reckon with and knew nothing about. So it has been with my ascendant, my Mars sign, my Venus, etc. To realize that one has other "birth signs living in him" that he's never considered before (or maybe wasn't even fond of/didn't prefer) is quite a revelation. Some attributes I can relate distinctly to my Virgo, some distinctly to my Sagittarius in almost complete negation of the Virgo that I am, some as a Scorpio that have nothing to do with my Sagittarian, and so on.
Just goes to show you . . . takes all of us to make the world go 'round and every sign makes its contribution. 😄
