Virgos are like olives

I once read that "Virgos are like olives - an acquired taste". I think that what this meant is that people probably need to have a degree of maturity and self-awareness before they can handle and/or appreciate the constructive criticism that we are most famous for. So I think that people who are particularly insecure and/or egotistic (including children) may like us the least because their pride can't stand any criticism.

With regard to olives, personally I didn't used to like them when I was a kid (like most kids I suppose) as of course they are not sweet but now I do like them - as I say, I think it's a sign of maturity.

I read that sometimes Virgos can have self esteem issues and that they can be insecure.

Insecurity is equally their for every sign. I've been more confident than a Leo & Aries. Mentioning this for particularly Aries and Leo because confidence is supposed to be apart of their cosmic DNA.

But I like to think Virgos and Capricorns are like fine wines, if they give and are open they can be like fine wines and get better with age.
