Hm
I am Virgo in flesh and blood (male) what in the heaven you guys are talking about— reading all your stories and even thou they are fascinating , makes me curious and push me to say that it is completely wrong to generalise the whole because of you had a bad experience with some individuals.
There is a whole world out there with lots of possibilities and configurations why don't you just try it and let the past to be past?? You never know..!! you cant change the past but you can make your future so go on and instead of posting these things and all those negative vibrations about Virgo's and analysing each other to death, to proving who's to be blamed for your unfortunate life situations.
It's almost childish and funny when you brows back and read all those posts and those advices to ?what to do next... or how to handle a Virgo's? you cant ?handle? a person that you love, and if the time comes that you feel that you have to handle that person (in your life) you better leave and never look back, simple as that.
Beside, in my humble opinion lovers reflecting each others feelings and needs, e.g. you feel the opposite side needs and feelings, so if its not there... its not there, and you only waste your energy for nothing. You don't get anything from nothing.
As Virgo I never find myself in any of those situations you guys are experienced and explained, so either I am not a Virgo or there is something wrong with your Virgo's. In fact none of Virgo's I know behave like those. So I assume that your lovers could behave like any other guys from any other signs, so please stop generalising.
Thank you for reading and sorry about my poor English.

Hello to you Qbone and welcome:-).

First things first, I think your mama told you were born on the wrong date:-) - you are so typically non-virgonian - as far as I am concerned!!:-)

I joke with you of course, but you express very well and eloquently yourself and seem to have an open mind and heart - any virgos I know have closed minds...well perhaps closed is not the correctest term...perhaps their breadth of vision of the world and people is quite limited - they don't or can't think outside the box. That's all I will say for now on the matter.

As for analysing and dissecting each other and our lovers to bits, better get used to it kid!!:-), here we just can't help it on this board....we are all emotionally addicted to it at this stage:-)!!!! Sometimes we make sweeping generalizations - or appear to - but deep down in everybody heart we all know that everyone is unique and special and can't be put into a box....

Hey, your english is good...where you from Mister?

Thanks for the input Qbone.....and hey you keep going on about your bad english....your english is absolutely very good....me understands your every word anyway:-)

Thank you for your insights on being a virgo......and I concur with you about your 200% analysing etc.....

You sound to me like a "redeemed" virgo......good for you....you fully rounded off person:-)

As for your advice on keeping a virgo...again I concur....only thing is I don't want mine any more!!! - if you read my story on the aquarius board you will know why.

I went on a blind date on Sunday nite and guess what - he was another virgo!!! - he told me he broke the virgo mould in that he wasn't a perfectionist or critical - just persistant and an analyser...he told me this as he wiped a minute drop of wine I had accidentally spilled on my side of the table....(huh not a perfectionist!!) - anyway he just wasn't my type - I like the broody, moody latino look....he was the exact opposite...he was certainly a gentleman and asked for a kiss at the end of the nite....alas, it was like kissing a wet blanket.....no electric shocks, nout!!:-) Ah well, I know not all virgos are alike in that department:-)

Ciao for now pal.

Charm is the ability to make both of you think you are quite wonderful!!

I did charm the new Mr. virgo that nite and he hasn't stopped texting and phoning and asking me out since!! but now I wish I hadn't.....now I have got to come up with some excuse for tomoro nite as he thinks we are going out again. Fcuking hell Qbone! I wish I could be "brutally" honest sometimes and say .....listen I don't fancy you, not in a million years, could never shag you in a heart-beat.. but I just can't.....because I so fear rejection myself....I hate to reject others....so I seem to reel them in and I hurt people....I know that.....so my mission now in life is to be more truthful, and tactful and more virgo-ish...ie. talking straight from the heart....that is the gift ex Mr. Virgo taught me so much - straight from the heart - no mind games, no play.

bye for now Q.

Q-bone, Q-bone Q-bone, what can I say.....??:-) I am staggered beyond the power of expression! at what you write. Thank you for taking time out to express yourself to me. I won't say that I agree with everything that you write.....but I will say I am reflecting on it - musing it over in my head and heart - they certainly threw away the mould when they made you Mister:-) Keep Q-boning as only you can do:-)

what's the point of playing second fiddle? I go for the top, and I don't settle for anything less than that. It's actually a scoff at my abilities to be a mere apprentice. How demeaning, and modest, and most of all weak. I'd rather be at the top over looking the world than to be on the bottom being one of the number crunchers. I'd rather be the leader, or the solo act, becuase I'd don't like being under anyone, or for that matter being told what to do, I don't take orders, or being condecended to. Being underestimated, and weak are my pet peaves. I hate being considered weak or less than in anything. I'll fight tooth and nail to the top, and if there are some broken bones, they'll heal, (the lackeys I mean lol 😛).

I'm pissed; what type of idiot, what type of pionic, miniscule, spineless, peice of paramecium would actually even consider something so weak? and worst yet, enjoy it! take a risk, and walk on the wild side. Damn, I'm passionate about that! I'd be using big caps, but they scare people sorry, but It's the truth. What type of person not even worth acknowledging as a living, breathing, organism would even think about applying for such mediocrity?

VE's Pet-peaves

1.)Weakness

2.)Mediocrity

3.)Stupidity

4.)Spinelessness

Alana, maybe a virgo is not born to be a nature leader like leo.

But it is possible for virgo to be trained up as a true leader equally as good as leo as well. That is because virgo is a perfectionists who continuously strives for improvements. Once virgo starts to overcome his fears and worries, his confidence will gradually built along the way and can equally execute good leadership as a Leo.

The great thing is Virgo is much better at execution than any other signs. A leader does not only knows how to talk too.. He needs to execute as well..

That is the reasons why Virgos' personality can fit into the role of entrepreneur sometimes.

I didn't even read this, just responding to fslyalune's post ..

"Once virgo starts to overcome his fears and worries, his confidence will gradually built along the way and can equally execute good leadership"

The problem is the getting over the fears and insecurities .. though, I agree, once accomplished, the leadership skills are exemplary, mainly due to his/her natural gift of diplomacy. Without hurdling this tremendous obstacle (facing the fear) .. unfortunately, the Virgo comes across as extremely critical of others due to his dissatisfaction in himself for not perfecting something that is possible.

So, what do you propose needs to take place in order for the Virgo to overcome this roadblock? Certainly, having an understanding partner in life would be beneficial .. but, ultimately, we only have control over ourselves and the other person can only serve as a support system and not the actual cure?

I also feel it's more important to have a strong sense of self, and belief in yourself, that dispite failure, you're still string for improvement/expansion that's all that matters. It's not about getting it right everytime, it's going for it that matters; when you learn to accept that you're not perfect, the stress stops, and you can be who you are without personal regret. Leo is just fluff, and show, but when you need work, Virgo's right there heading it up. As long as you can think big, you can go for anything really. People forget that sometimes.
