How old are you?
If you're over 25 you don't have time to entertain someone who's made his intentions crystal clear.
As we work together he will approach me for small small things.
When I try to cut the communication he will try to talk more. And whenever he talk his will talk about him or his family or general work related stuff.
Is this happening during work hours? If so be polite and engage. Why use your bruised ego to cut him off when he’s trying to communicate about work. Not a good look.
If this is outside of work then block his number. He can fuck off till buisness hours the following day.

So I met this Virgo guy at my work. He is very sweet and kind person. He initially show interest in me and I started liking him to. He started opening up to me. And share quite a private things about himself.
I expressed my feeling to him and he back out he said he is not ready for any commitment and want to be only good friends for which I said no. I don’t want to be just friend.
After that I started staying away from him but the more I stay away more he tries to engage. As we work together he will approach me for small small things.
When I try to cut the communication he will try to talk more. And whenever he talk his will talk about him or his family or general work related stuff.
I don’t understand what he wants. He does not let me come close to him abut he does not even want to lose me. And he stares a lot.
Please help.
He is Virgo moon and I m Cancer moon.
