They can get back to sleep. Being in discomfort and pain when you can easily treat the cause doesn't make sense to me.

Virgos notice any manor thing wrong in their bodies. They can’t stop living because of it. Don’t pay so much attention to it. If she was really in pain she would take a painkiller

Maybe the women are more self sacrificing. The men are definitely more self absorbed
