when a virgo does push and pull

feelings are there for both of us, but I get mixed feelings, I feel like its over sometimes then I feel like everything is OK just me worrying. He has pushed me and pulled me in the past but that's been about a few days, n that was only once. now its like he replies every week or week in a half, it's been like this since the middle of last month. I figure its because he needs space, n I started giving him that before this. I know it can't be me, but idk I say maybe he's seeing someone else... But after 9 months how can u just be done like that? We came a long way, n he always told me he wasn't going anywhere but now idk if that still applies. As a Gemini my head is everywhere n I'm trying to be 5 steps ahead of every posible outcome. Do I start seeing other guys but keep romance at a low, do I just be patient, I don't want to be waiting n find out I waisted my time. I just don't wanna fail. Sorry for the long post lol but what do I do?

Slowing down is natural. If you're not in a commitment then he's most likely dating other women and/or dating and communicating with someone else, it's natural that he'd be dating someone other than you if he has not made a commitment.
