A child turns into a girl,
A girl turns into a woman,
A woman turns into a flower
Provided she was given all the right ingredients.
You see; flowers are not for pretty decorations and clich? holidays.
They are not to be ignored or placed around the house like trophies.
Flowers; they need air,
The sun,
They need warmth, and happiness.
Flowers need water for nourishment,
For indulgence.
They need owners that will take care of them
And let them grow to their full potention.
A flower is independent and full of pride.
It grows naturally,
Slowly,
It ages beautifully.
It needs only the smallest of support to get on its feet.
It needs only the hopeful and patient in their life.
A flower will wilt when the environment is stale and toxic.
The rain purifies it on the warmest of summer nights.
A flower never turns away from rejuvenation,
And it never stands to be objectified.
It is the guardian of spring,
The rebirth of fall,
And the death of winter.
A flower is gentle,
It is kind, and forgiving.
A flower is the torch to everything that's born again.
