Is he done to me or do I need to wait?or just move on?

Hi I'm Leo and I dated a libra for months we never argue or maybe just misunderstood but after that we never agrue until last week sadly he broke up me and I asked what the reason and he say it's me not you..that's only he say so said a lot words that I hurt his feeling to I gave his things back.i tried to contact him but he blocked my number

Until this morning I texted him with anther number saying sorry.for all what said before I'm just upset that day.. do you think my x libra will be come back to me?or I just need to move on.. kinda we never have a argument totally our relationship everything perfect.. just really want to know if he have a plan to come back with me if not I just need to move on
