Is There a Moon Sign Cusp? Help

I know there are sun sign cusps, for I was born on one. Aries-Taurus...but looking at a moon sign chart I see that the day before I was born the moon was in Capricorn and the day after I was born it was in Aquarius. I've established I'm characteristically more Taurean. When I read personality profiles for moon signs it seems as if I'm characteristically more Aquarius...is this possible?

Yes, I believe there can be cusps in each planet whether it be moon signs, mercury, venus, mars...etc
