However, I do worry about his financial situations. Seems like he gave a lot to his ex. Seems like he’s too curious about your money. Rich men don’t care about your money and as long as he gets a prenup with you, he doesn’t have to worry about u taking his money. I don’t know. Sounds suspicious.

My partner is 48, and has his things, and he’s pressuring me to buy a second house because then he doesn’t feel as threatened into thinking I’ll take 20% of his.

Id be like you covering down payment and closing cost? hell I’d actually ask are you paying in cash for this since you want me to have it so much? I’d also question his love for me, it sounds too conditional.
