Saturn Return?

So it's not exact yet but I'm already drowning in group and organization responsibilities and stuff.

It's funny because, with my big 3, I'm not a fan of getting bossed around yet everyone seems to love it when I'm in charge.

So to all my fellow Capricorns here, how often do you hear it from people that they love it when you're in charge of doing things or getting things done?

To be fair I either get respect or intimidated people and they get jelous or threatened so not much prise, unless being intimidating is silent prise

Could see intimidation as praise but that's not a common view.

How do you deal when you see people are threatened or jealous by your competence?

I pretend I don't see it. It's mostly like people see I work fast, I learn fast and I would easly get promoted. I try to show that I'm not here for competition. Some after some time get used to me being robotic at work, some don't and then I mostly change work. Never found work worth staying in at any cost tho.

Edit : Yes that's unpopular opinion, but if someone is afraid you may take their position then it means you are good at what you doing right? Not that it's healthy or good to make people feel this way.

If they aren't confident in themselves and what they bring to the table they get insecure, yes.
