Does synastry apply when the meeting isn't physical?

Like if two people had mever met in persom but talked over the phone. How would contacts like Mars/Pluto/Venus-Moon or Venus/Sun in the others 8th house play out?

8th house is a hidden & penetrating house.

i’ve had experiences w/ sun/moon in 8th house, both ways.

think of it like this, the sun shines & exposes the darkness in the 8th. depending on the house person, it can be very healing & transformative or, incredibly unnerving & exposing. to me, sun in 8th house synastry, acts like a mirror. how someone reacts to that mirror will depend on the individual.

moon in 8th, ime, has always lended itself to feeling comfortable w/ the planet person, when discussing deep emotions.

mercury in 8th, ime, has made communicating difficult & felt suppressed.

i think any planet in the 8th house can go either way. there will be intensity there but whether or not it feels good or bad, just depends.



ps... is the mars & pluto in conjunction?

No but the Pluto makes an opposition to the Sun and a sextile to the Moon/Neptune. In reverse, the Moon person's Pluto is sextile to the other's Ascendant.

unless you're sending pics Venus is not gonna show a lot, but both of you are probably going to share thing that you like and that's Venus related, if your Venus are in good synastry then you're going to agree on those likes.

you ain't seeing Pluto though phone, Pluto is too secretive for that imho that goes for the moon in most cases, unless you decide to confide in each other cuz anonymity is comfortable.

the most obvious aspect you gonna feel through phone is mercury/mars imho.
