I am quite an observer myself and I don't tend to mind being observed by others.. depends on what they are observing though I guess.. If it's work related or something related to a skill I have, that's fine.. But if by observing you mean molesting you with their eyes.. Not so down with that..

Not molesting lol but just watching. Some people make the assumption that means you are judging something about you. For me, it’s like fitting a puzzle together. But, some people ( perhaps insecure ones), make the assumption you are thinking negative things about them.

I observe a lot. You can find out so much by letting the other person speak, listening, being patient and keeping your mouth shut.
People will let you see a lot when you sit back and just observe. I love it and I also like someone observing me. They get a true sense of who I am, instead of some of the bull shit that comes from my mouth 🙂

I HATE when people try to figure me out on their own accord...drives me mad.
