Any planet in the 12th house is weaken. That's why my Sun and Moon are at the bottom of my dominant planets.
Aquarius is still high in my chart because it rule two houses (12th and 1st) 😄😘

Do you or anyone you know have this placement? If you do, do you tend to stifle yourself a lot? I also have a Pisces Venus 12th house, Libra moon 7th house, Gemini Mars 3rd house, and a Capricorn mercury 11th house. Saturn is my ruling planet which is in Capricorn 10th house.
