I actually think, it's good placement because, 3rd house is weak. 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th are weak houses. 2nd, 5th, 8th, and 11th are medium. Other houses are the most strongest.
It also depend whether you were born on night or day time. During day, Saturn rejoice and would give the person less negativity. And Mars more joyful during night. Both planets are in reverse for the effects.

Yeah I would think most Tauruses have Gemini placements as much as Virgos have Libra placements. That's just how it is. They're really strict though Tauruses like there was this one time we had a group meeting and I was just dead sleepy and this Taurus guy at work was on my case about falling asleep in front of the CEO and I'm like: "You think I like that I'm dead tired?" I'm not being maliciously disrespectful, just that I got no sleep from my fights with the Capricorn 🤷🤷

I find that Virgos are more solemn than somber. I really like that about them.
I agree with Cap and Pisces, though. Heavy Saturn and water placements, in general. Speaking for myself, being Cap/Scorp/Saturn/12H dominant… severely anti-social and broody, despite my Libra sun’s best efforts.

I don't know I suppose I said it on a whim because I've know a couple sags who tend to be very emotional and sensitive yet try to hide it often and try to appear stoic but a lot of things affect them heavily but still internalize it. I said venus because its the planet of love and sag venus are prone to being flighty and light-hearted almost to the point of wanting and not knowing what they want leaving them sad and hopeless?
