I noticed in several jobs that i have had (guess having as much jobs as i've had could be due to me being a Gem...or more accurately, my lack of focus 😉 )anyway, i've noticed that Gay men have held high positions in several of the organizations that i have been in...now i didn't think much of this at first, but then its become a recurring pattern...are they better employees? Prime, this question has your name written all over it, your thoughts would be appreciated...and of course anyone else who wants to contribute, even trolls...

Ok, now for the serious response...

*There is also simply the network. Gays tend to promote themselves, and since they beleive they are oppressed (I find this odds since gays probably have the highest per capitia income of any demographic), they often just hire other gays.

-actually this makes sense, since most of the high income areas also have high homosexual populations ie Santa Monica, San Francisco, New York...

*In fact they don't have the ball and chain that straight men can easily get, that being a wife and kid. It's very easy to control a man who has to put food on the table or pay for child support.

-another good point...Gays don't have these attachments which would otherwise weigh in on their decision making...The ones i work with have NO children and are just sort of "playing the field" so i guess they don't have any outside influences that would get in the way of work...unless there's a sale at the GAP...
