An Aquarian does it again! :/

Had plans with this girl to teach myself and my girlfriend how to make floral wreaths on Sunday, made plans last Monday, five days in advance. "Perfect! Cool! I'm excited. Awesome !!" were words the Aquarian chose to describe her participation of the event. I contact her the night before, no response. No response the next day, when we were supposed to meet. No message the day after. I'm not pissed, I'm just disappointed :/ Aquarians have this tactic of evasion that involves cutting communication. Honestly not going to bother asking what happened, it'd be awkward to wait all this time anyway and then be like, "So about Sunday.." We've been in good standing in the past and she's come through for us before, and if she had communicated an excuse - ANY excuse - I would've been fine! Oh well..

My Aqua friend wanted to be my bridal hair artist as a gift to me on my wedding day. I was SO nervous that she might just not show up.. She did. And she was basically on-time-ish.. but I was super nervous.

This is true. However, they also sometimes just forget because they start chasing some shiny object, then look at their watch and three weeks have passed. It's very annoying that they often place so little importance on the schedules and needs of others, but obligations are generally not their thing. I wouldn't take it personally, but I think you're wise to not depend on this person again.
