And just as I was giving up,he calls and I get dragged back in thoughts.

Last time when we had a talk and he said we should sit together and talk,I asked if he'll call me before that and Although he said he'll call me in 2-3 days,he called me after almost a week.He asked me how I am.We joked about a little,however, I found all that joking forced,from both our sides.He was down,so was I.He told me he had very less talktime left on his phone.I told him if that was the case,he shouldn't have called.He said he called just like that.In about 3 mins,his call disconnected.He texted me -'ok bye,balance over 😄' I always reply to his text,even if it is an okay,but I didn't today,I didn't feel like it.
Why is he calling? Is this his self imposed guilt that is making him do it? What should I do? I've decided not to initiate contact with him.If he does,I'll respond,if not,I won't either,not unless he comes back(which will be in a week) and asks me to meet him.Also,I've decided to tell him not to discuss all that with me because I know what it is,I know why he's not getting committed and also,I am disheartened that he doesn't love me back.So him reiterating all that will only hurt me more.Besides,he perhaps wants to talk face to face to defend himself,to clear him of his self imposed guilt because he's perhaps feeling bad that I'm hurt(because I think he does like me as a friend) but I don't want any sympathy from his side,really.
Also,one more question,do you guys do things in the spur of the moment?Whatever he did,telling me he likes me alot,kissing me when I told him only to kiss me when he's serious about me,giving me a red rose after asking me what it depicts,was all that an impulse? Did he do it only because it felt right then? And now that I've fallen for him,he thinks he messed up?was all that without any foundation?and yeah,2 years back,he had asked me for a relationship,I wasn't ready then and had confessed that I was confused myself and didn't realise why I was so head over heels,but then I took time off and realised I was just infatuated.
Is that confession bugging him in any way even now?But now I told him I was sure about him since this January.Is it possible that he's having trust issues(but he says I needn't tell.him how I feel since he knows I like him alot)

I hate the infatuation part of everything, I for me or you. May not be so worth while with especially if problems happened, wasn't worked out, and okay to be friends casually though.

I'm not really sure what other feedback to give you. You guys seem to going back and forth like a ping pong ball, and neither one of you seems willing to stop the game.

Sounds really simple just enjoy him. The best way to get an Aquarius is to be there for them, let them develops intense emotions which means no smothering be affectionate but not demanding...until he does something about it.

Sun,moon,mars is aquarius. He's been so affectionate oflate.Also,I told him he should kiss me only when he gets serious about it,he kissed me 5 mins later.But then,he refuses to get into a relationship or even tell me he loves me.This is confusing...weren't his emotions developing? It's been 4 years and he's still confused?He had also said last time that he doesn't want to be in a relationship because he will get serious about me and I might leave.So now when I myself am asking him to get into a relationship,whu the rejection?

So he's been leading me on or whatever he did was just an impulse and now he's backing off because he thinks he messed up?because it's really surprising how one cam.go about 4 years doing everything yet not being sure.And even after that,he asked me if I can swear by my mom if I love him and then didn't even reciprocate my feelings in.return.And he said he cares for me and didn't want me to leave.Even after all this,he's saying I shouldn't leave and he cares for me?
