I don't think no one would bother to answer that so why don't you chase her.
Mr Aqua (mine) has the same moon, mercury, and Venus. Aries mars and Virgo rising.
He doesn't chase, and isn't sentimental. If you want him you have to claim him. He'll let you know after a while if he likes you or not, but if not he might just enjoy it for a bit until he starts to feel guilty. He won't claim you until he's good and ready. If and when he does though, that's it, and he won't ever leave you or even look at another woman.
