Like TaurusBabe says, it REALLY does depend on your other placements like your Moon, Venus, Mars & Rising Placements. Mercury also play a big part compatibility.
That being said, Air and Air or Air and Fire Sun Signs will feel more comfortable with each other than say, Air & Earth or Air & Water Sun Signs. Comfort doesn't always mean content or compatibility though.

I like libra guys...although my aries influence in mars, doesnt like me to like 'girly men'. Libras have the personality suited to match aquas. We have awesome conversations...and great attraction.
I havent had a romantic experience with a gemini, but from what I here libra is the absolute best match for aqua.
aaah, yes the superficialness is a big turnoff.
They're like aquas on crack...so things others may hate about you, you will probably hate about the libra. For example, their ADHD is one...its fun for good/weird conversation though.
They are sweethearts though, you gotta love them.
